Meditation means to be present / to be present. In the here and now. As an observer, without evaluation of what is happening. Without a goal, intentions or tasks, without having to do anything. It is about letting the constant stream of your thoughts come to rest and practicing mindfulness and awareness of everyday life and your feelings. Accepting what is in the moment and experiencing stillness, emptiness, freedom, being and peace.
The path to meditation is open to everyone.
There are numerous meditation techniques. From walking meditation, to mantra chanting, to meditating in absolute darkness in absolute silence.
My way of meditation, which I will guide you, consists of a dynamic meditation. Here we will practice powerful breathing techniques, the so-called Breathwork or from the Sanskrit: Pranayama, where also the vocal cords can be used. We use the potential of vibration / frequency to further release energetic blockages.
By activating the diaphragm and consciously controlling breathing, you have the power to regulate the following body systems: Nerves, metabolism, digestion, sleep-wake rhythm, hormonal balance, libido, energy balance, detoxification ability, concentration / focus and emotions.
After this active phase, we immerse ourselves in sitting meditation. This can be accompanied by soothing sounds. In this phase, you give your body & mind the space and focus it needs. You become a silent observer. In this deep connection with yourself, the self-healing processes in your body and mind work much more powerfully.
