I offer an innovative training experience that is not just about functional exercises, but creates a holistic experience for body and mind. My method combines the essence of Animal Flow, Holistic Movement, Capoeira, Calisthenics, Pahlavani and Yoga into a challenging and enriching workout that aims to respectfully meet and expand one’s physical and mental limits.

Through this holistic training, I encourage you to develop your full potential and grow steadily, without haste, but with mindfulness and respect for your body. Accompanied by consciously selected music that energises and focuses, we create an inspiring atmosphere together in individual sessions or as a group that enables us to get into a creative and intuitive "flow state" and transform ourselves through movement and breathing.
